First and foremost, it must accurately reflect our client’s needs and lifestyle. Equally important are the 3D design, very detailed drawings necessary to enable our CNC machine to accurately process the material into the components for your kitchen.
We manufacture all cabinetry in our modern factory in Kings park using only the finest quality Australian made materials, machinery, experienced craftsmen and have been doing so for over 20 years.
As we manufacture our own cabinetry, we can maintain consistently high standards throughout all our projects, ensuring that each kitchen is crafted with attention to detail and perfection.
In the past few years AJB Kitchens has invested considerably in new machinery including CNC, drilling machines, panel saw and an automated storage system which has provided gains in production, accuracy and the overall quality of product leaving our factory.
Every AJB kitchen is unique, every single kitchen cabinet is individually made with the utmost precision.
All cabinetry is manufactured to order, we DO NOT use stock units.
- All cabinet internals are made from Australian-made 16mm HMR (highly moisture resistant) particle board and doors are from MR (moisture resistance) MDF with 1mm abs edging, all cabinets also have 16mm solid back. We are proud to partner with Polytec, Laminex, premier polishers, painters, and Veneer merchants to provide our customers with the finest quality and wide range of choice of finishes for their cabinetry.
- Only the highest quality Hardware is used including premium BLUM hinges & drawer’s systems, which come with a life-time guarantee.
